Items purchased from our website can be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the item purchased item, for a money back guarantee.
If purchase is made with credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
If the purchase is made through a third party service like PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
Once a refund request has been submitted, it will be processed in 1-2 days.
If an item is returned after 7 days (within 14 days) from the date of purchase, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.
No returns or exchanges after 14 days of purchasing the item.
No refund will be issued if the merchandise has been worn or used.
Merchandise must be returned with the original box and receipt.
Any made to order and custom jewelry is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Items purchased at clearance sale cannot be returned and exchanged.
Full advance payment will be required for all custom orders.
Custom orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of placing the order.
Custom orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of placing the order.
Custom orders include name earrings, name pendants, picture pendants and engraved jewelry.
Cost of resizing rings will be based on the change in size of the ring. Generally, it will cost more to increase the ring size.
